Shirley Arnold, CPA joined the firm in 2007. Shirley has a Bachelor's of Arts in Accounting from Moravian College. She has held positions in Not-for-Profit Organizations as well as Local Governments. She has been an elected official, serving on a vast variety of municipal boards and has been a municipal employee. She has worked closely with State & Municipal officials. She has also written and administered Federal and State Grant Funds.

Shirley's recent accounting experience includes audits of local governments, municipal authorities and not-for-profit organizations. She has recently completed over 139 hours in Continuing Professional Education concentrated in the new AICPA SAS regulations and meeting the requirements of Yellow Book and A-133 audit regulations. Shirley is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
