Robert W. Morris II, CPA, founded Robert W. Morris & Company, P.C. in 1981 after receiving his Bachelors of Science in economics and business administration from Lebanon Valley College in 1971 and working with Armstrong World Industries as manager of international tax operations.  Prior to 1981, Bob worked as a senior IRS agent in Delaware.  Bob's experience with the IRS provides him with insight when dealing with other IRS agents.  Bob is a leader in the accounting industry and he serves as a director for various non-profit and for-profit entities, has extensive dealings with the IRS, and has considerable expertise in tax and financial advisory services.  Bob has over 26 years of experience as a Certified Public Accountant.  Bob is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants.
