Robert W. Morris II is the President and founder of Robert W. Morris & Company, PC, CPAs, which specializes in taxation, accounting services, auditing, and financial planning services. For over thirty years, Bob has provided services to entities of all sizes in the Central Pennsylvania area, advising them on tax compliance and planning, estate planning, and business development. He primarily provides financial planning, tax research, planning and compliance services to high-income individuals, C-corporations, LLC's, S-corporations and partnerships. He also provides audit and accounting services to these same entities. Bob has also provided expert testimony and has provided litigation support services. These services include providing legal analysis, tax analysis, and acting as liaison between counsel on legal matters. Bob received his Bachelors of Science in economics and business administration from Lebanon Valley College in 1971, worked as a senior IRS agent in Wilmington Delaware, and was the manager of international tax operations at Armstrong World Industries prior to his formation of Robert W. Morris & Company, PC. Bob is a member of several professional organizations including the PerryCounty Chamber of Commerce, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and The Pennsylvania Society of Public Accountants. Bob has served and continues to serve as a director on various boards including the United Methodist Children?s Home, past president of the PA Society of Public Accountants, church treasurer, advisory board Orrstown Bank, director First National Bank of Newport, and a member of the New Bloomfield Zoning Board.
